More Sea Ponies from Escape From Katrina by MaddieHatter3337 More Sea Ponies from Escape From Katrina by MaddieHatter3337
Can't remember their names but they're from Escape From Katrina.

All Sea Ponies:
Shoop-bee-doo-shoop-shoop-bee-doo
Call upon the Sea Ponies when you're in distress
Helpful as can be ponies - simply signal SOS
If you find you're past the drift and haven't got an oar (oar)
Count upon the Sea Ponies - they'll see you to shore
Shoop-bee-doo-shoop-shoop-bee-doo

Seawinkle:
Are you sinking fast?

Wavedancer:
Had some nasty shocks?

Sealight:
Feeling like all hope is gone and washed up on the rocks?

All Sea Ponies:
Washed up on the rocks
Shoop-bee-doo-shoop-shoop-bee-doo
Call upon the Sea Ponies when you're in distress
Helpful as can be ponies - simply signal SOS
If your rudder runs aground or seeweed holds a grip (kelp)
Count upon the Sea Ponies - they'll see you get help
Sea Ponies, Sea Ponies
Simply signal SOS, simply signal SOS
Sea Ponies, Sea Ponies
Simply signal SOS, simply signal SOS
Oh, yes!

The red and pink haired one is Sea Mist and the other one is White Cap. Some pony fans (from MLP Arena) believe from sources outside this Special, that they are lovers. White Cap being the male. I've always thought all of the ponies except for the big brother ponies, were girls. With bows in hair or on tails = female. Without bows = male.

That's what I always thought too. I even did a paper on it in tenth grade that earned me a spot on the list of ten students whose pre-end of term mark earned them the right to not have to write the final Societal Challenges and Changes exam.

My first paper dealt with how women were treated in the early parts of the 20th Century that paper which I have to say was a chore to write because every one of my teachers had something else they needed me to be focusing on instead or as my Chemistry Teacher so eloquently put it 'Stop focusing on that frivolous paper and focus on your Chemistry grade!' I knew my grades post midterm exams were and knew I didn't have to worry.

I kept on researching and writing my paper until I was satisfied with it and turned it in a few days early and got it back with my very first A+ and a lengthy POSITIVE comment from my teacher and it was supposed to be published in the School's Journal but it never made it to print because of some teachers who didn't think the other students would understand the topic, so instead of publishing the ENTIRE paper, they picked and chose what pieces of information went together in their minds and a well written, well researched paper was pulled apart, paragraphs either deleted, altered, moved or crammed together to the point where my intranet (school email account) was flooded with emails from students and teachers wanting to know where they could read the original paper I had written.

I wound up posting the entire paper on the school's forum for everyone to read only to get a warning shot across the nose from the Intranet Monitor who wrote 'This is neither the time nor the place for this kind of writing. You have until Friday afternoon to remove it. Leaving it posted will result in your internet privileges being revoked until the end of term. This is a Jewish High School and this kind of information is not acceptable and I don't care if this IS your own personal account, I will take this smut down!'

They never did, too many people wanted to read what I had originally written and the school Rabbi intervened on my behalf stating 'All students are welcomed to post their written works on the school server for anyone to read. Threatening to take down and suspend their internet privileges is NOT tolerated.'

I never knew that a paper talkin about how Men viewed and treated Women and Children was classified as 'Smut'.

I missed out on the Sea Pony Toys because the Toys R Us in Chicago never carried the Sea Pony Toys, the Ponies yes, Spike,Megan and Molly, the Witches and flutter ponies? Yes, Sea Ponies? Nope. Heck even when I moved to Alberta I STILL couldn't find any Sea Pony toys to save my life it was like 'WTF is a SEA Pony?! I've seen the show but I have NEVER seen a Sea Pony! Do you have a picture of what it looks like?!' Well yeah it's a fucking SEA HORSE with a floatation device, that's what it looks like!

Every Toy Store I went into had everything but Danny, the Sea Ponies and the Baby Sea Ponies. There was an abundance of Bushwoolies and the Crystal Princesses but no Sea Ponies or Baby Sea Ponies. I remember the Toxic Crusaders, now THOSE were awful looking toys that sold like hot cakes, then along came Captain Planet and the Planeteers, then Swat Kats, then Biker Mice, then YuGiOh then Card Captor Sakura, then Dragon Ball Z, then Sailor Moon hit the airwaves and that was the last time the Classic Ponies were ever seen. Then again Swat Kats was poorly merchandised and promoted so barely anyone I know even KNOWS what Swat Kats are until I pop in the dvds I have and they're like 'Well yeah we sorta remember that show but it was always on at such odd hours and so sporadically!'

I don't really remember which toys we didn't get, I know there were a few exclusive ones that were sold only in europe which I did see. Danny never got his own toy,  poor guy xD I don't recall seeing Toxic crusaders and Captain planet, or swat kats but it's possible they were sold in different area's. do know bikker mice, my older cousin had a figure of vinnie but I never saw them where I lived which sucked. oh yugioh cards, they were the most populair thing at my school, everybody played with them XD I had a bunch too but they got lost when my mom forgot her bag on the buss and they were inside so and I didn't boter getting new ones since the fad was dying out anyways but I did have some really nice ones which is a shame. I miss the classic pony toys, they were drowned out too by something else. Believe it was hot wheels or domino's they were still availeble but a lot of the times it were the same sets with maybe one or 2 different ones between the mix, it's always the toys I really like a lot that end up getting burried by something else

The Toxic Crusaders was an 'environmental' show as was Captain Planet and the Planeteers.

I wanted to start collecting Biker Mice figurines but my aunt who raised me quickly quashed that with her freaky china doll collection. Those damned things were creepy but 'beautiful' to my aunt who filled every nook and cranny with those hideous dolls even my bedroom was filled to capacity with them, even my bedspread was 'Victorian' I hated it and everything to do with those stupid China Astor Dolls and she equally hated the 'disgusting overgrown rodents racing around on Harley Davidson's!' So I waited one day for her to go to her stupid Jewish Women's League Meeting and I carefully packed every single creepy doll except the Thomas Kinkade ones, at least THEY weren't creepy, they were beautifully crafted and certified so I kept 'em the rest that she got from who knows where that weren't made by Thomas Kinkade? I gave to my mom to sell and the bedding went to my little sister who adored it from the moment she laid eyes on it.

It was a nice fresh start getting rid of those stupid dolls, I even repainted my room the color I wanted not the color she wanted.

At least the things I wanted to collect didn't need to be taken down off the shelf and wiped off with a damp cloth to prevent dust build up to aggravate my dust allergies like her China Astor Doll Collection required. Every day she came in with a spray bottle with water in it and a damp cloth and would wipe down their dresses and outfits and the shelves they sat on just to keep the dust down. It got to the point one year I said enough was enough and it was either I moved in with my parents or those dusty dolls went else where other then my bedroom. My aunt steadfastly refused saying 'Why should I give up what I want to keep just so you can collect boy toys?!' I explained 'It has nothing to do with my wanting to collect Biker Mice Merchandise and everything to do with my allergies and bronchitis and the dust levels in my room are through the roof! I can't BREATHE at all and all I do is sneeze! It's either those dusty things go or I go and live at mom and dad's house until the dust is gone! You KNOW I'm allergic to dust and pollen and these China Astor Dolls are the dustiest things I've come across and your garden is full of nothing but Mar-Mar-Mar-<Sneeze>Marigolds the biggest pollen producers next to Lily's!'

Sea Mist on the left and White Cap on the right.

They oddly look a lot like Moondancer and Glory, respectively. :? Forgot to mention, the Seaponies song was one of my favorites growing up. :D

Don't ever look up Call Upon The Sea Ponies on YouTube if you want the original. I did and I clicked on what I thought was the classic version and got a song called the Sea Po-nay's a gangster version of the song...what a rip! I want those few minutes back! Yeah that's what I always thought.
